Mentoring

The "Sisterhood" mentoring programme is run by the Association of Intercultural Mediators (AMIC) and is organised in part in collaboration with Cafés Solidaires.

It is a solidarity-based mentoring programme between women that builds bridges between refugee or migrant women who have recently arrived in Geneva and local women who are willing to give them some of their time. Through simple encounters – walks, coffee, visits, cultural exchanges, conversations in French – each pair builds a unique relationship based on trust, listening and respect.
